Kathy is an anti-racist writer and activist who uses everyday encounters and national happenings to discuss and educate.  Recognizing the intersections between race, gender, class and sexuality, Kathy analyzes issues through all four lenses, focusing primarily on the first.  As an undergraduate, Kathy worked tirelessly to educate her fellow peers on such issues through a variety of workshops, intimate group discussions, and student panels.

Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Asian American Studies from the University of Connecticut, where her anti-racist research and papers received much praise and attention.
